What is Flat Fee MLS | Multiple Listing Service?
Flat Fee Real Estate is an MLS service, in which Real Estate Listing service for homeowners to list their property on their local MLS. Not all Real Estate Agents or Real Estate Companies offer a flat fee listing service. These discounted Real Estate brokers that allows homeowners to list their property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) will do it for a Flat Fee (fixed price or monthly service charge).
